Since we went to so many fall festivals, the kids agreed to picking out our pumpkins at the Wal-Mart pumpkin patch!! Hey, $2.99...can't beat it!

Cute B-Day Party

The kids went to the cutest birthday party yesterday. They all got to make individual pizzas and were give their own personalized aprons with their names monogrammed in them! They had such a blast!!

Labor Day parade in Douglasville

4th of July

We went to the Rome Braves game with the cub scouts on July 3rd. We all met at Fuddruckers for dinner. Braves won the game and it was followed by fantastic fireworks!!!

On July 4th, our church had a "chill and grill" in the parking lot. Kids had a blast, and it was great to meet some new people.

Kids played in a water balloon toss game. They were out on the first toss.

After the tailgate, we went down to watch the city's fireworks.

Jayden played against a friend, and things got a little competitive!! Both were okay, but I was amazed my friend actually caught the fall with her camera!!

Applebees Pancake Fundraiser

Scouts had a pancake fundraiser at Applebees. Jayden took our order and went back to the kitchen to pick up and serve our breakfast. He then had to clean up the table. The kids had lots of fun with this fundraiser!!!

Raingutter Regatta- At crossover campout the kids built boats and raced them down the rain gutters. We did not win any races, but it was fun anyway.

Graduation

Preschool is all over for our family...boo hoo. Molly has LOVED school and her friends. Hard to believe we are off to Kindergarten in 2 months!!

Jayden has lost his 2nd tooth! The big tooth was alreay coming in behind it, so it looked kind of funny!!

Molly graduates preschool on May 20th. It's so hard to believe she will be off to "big" school next year!! I sure will miss having kids at MCA with all the cute art work, songs and programs!

Soccer Girl!!

VENTURE BOUND!!!

Jayden tested and was ACCEPTED into the Venture Program for gifted students at school!!! Only 3 first graders tested, and he was the only one that got in. We are sooooo proud of him!! He will go one day a week to Venture instead of regular class where he will be more challenged with abstract thinking, creative problem-solving and more experiments...which he is most excited about. He will continue in Venture through high school. Yay Jayden!!
